lost in my mind

A Master Buddhist says to his pupil- "You have become thoughtless"
The pupil Buddhist -" Thank you master."

A dear friend enrolled himself in an Ashram hoping to find himself. His teacher Swami Sitaramananda asked him," When was the last time you sang? When was the last time you danced?"

There is a choice in your feelings. Whether you feel depressed, in your head, in-capable of success and there is no present idea of how your future will grow... remind your self to breathe. Turn on a song that has always instilled a good place to help you come out of that dark moment. Moment. <--- that is what is happening. Your mind is so strong.. beyond human understanding, and you have a choice on how you feel in this moment. Depression is only an illness if you allow it( YOU MAKE YOUR OWN REALITY). Happiness is not just a choice, not a how, not a person. It is a moment as well. If you choose to live a lifestyle, a moment, do not make it an excuse to challenge your self or others to live that way, or to change you. Try to grow. grow out of what your stubborn self has clung to. If you want to be happy... BE HAPPY. Start now. if you want to be sad... learn to be sad. Be these moments, are just moments. Appreciate each feeling, every person. every choice... there is a purpose for your choice that you have not seen mapped out yet. :) I hope I wrote this correctly, presently my mind is a little tossed and over whelmed. Give me your insight, share your love and advice, I'd be so grateful for more words then just my own teachings.
