Sail on

In my dream, I am a sailor
Across the treacherous seas I've sailed,
Through coves and and storms.
At moments my prayers are swimming for one more breath as the waves reached the heavens,
Their shadows casted upon me.
But through them I've sailed forth and with the ocean currents, discovered islands of beauty,
Adventures only eye did discover with many mysteries only a sailor could put to words; glass bottles now home to sea horses, kelp hugged full of scales every color beyond the rainbow, sirens  swimming amongst mermaids, and treasure chests only magic could open. This incredible life floating upon depths so deep I am reminded to stay humbled, for when this heart becomes small with the fish but a mind larger than whales, the ship starts to sink, no choice but to turn under. 'Hoist the sails high and mighty,' I am the captain and this is my ship turning the helm to sunset to follow this salty, sweet dream across the seven seas.

Home Traveler

"GET TO WORK" said the man.
so I listened, because he doesn't know my plan.
Soon I will be in the fields where the heather flows free,
and for now school has the best for me.
No love do I need, this woman makes her own,
No struggle for food if I just keep it grown.
Home isn't a single house for my traveling soul,
Earth sleeps me with the trails, sand and stone.
( a little inspiration from the classics- my writing)

A post a week #2

There is the instance
when you realise there is love
repeated,
A path of least resistance
recapturing our told truth by tiny details
recreated by their fairytale.
regrouping a passion within
what you churned up with bliss and sin.
A depth reached far beyond two eyes,
discovery through the hole,
upscaling our lies.
We craved for the heat,
beginning with fictional 'feat.
A new dawn that we wake,
arising our dreams. . .
time rushed in unraveling us two at the seams.
The discovery now,
this is infinite well
as I dove into rediscover you
this fall declares my jump for inner truth.
I'm deeper than ever in unveiling this love
feeling the tongue
devouring where we've come.
We keep getting better.
We keep growing out,
the roots we restarted,
it was love's purest route.

Tastebuds are teasers

di·et1

ˈdīət/
noun
  1. 1.
the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats.
    "a vegetarian diet"
    synonyms:selection of food, food, foodstuffs

Recently I've been focused on the outcome of my actions with diet, communication, and personal time. The reality of being human . . . our Diet controls our days! When our emotions have become uncontrollable it's a sure sign there is a depletion of nutrients in which our mind is in substantial need for, or when the world is just to quick to keep up, the minerals must be fortified. If we can just have a special monitor on our wrist that alerts us, I'm visualizing something to similar to Doctor Gadget's style, before our melt down in the midst of our company or better yet the grocery store when you've passed the peak of knowing what you want so now you gaze over the chips, cookies and crackers as the filler until you reach enough brain power for the "AH-HA!" moment. With so much awesome knowledge on the web how do I keep making these excuses for myself?! This awesome diagram from NatureWorks Best that gives insight on not just the never-ending chocolate craving but now no excuse to resist a guide to what the body needs beyond the tastebuds.Sidenote: I choose to be a sustainable Vegetarian. If you do eat meat and/or dairy please choose SUSTAINABLE. The benefits are obvious for both your body and for Animals. It is important that we view not just what we put in our bodies - ORGANIC, GLUTEN FREE- but also where the sourcing for our food is derived, the treatment and the deliverance of it. If you do eat meat purchase, research where the animal is from (yes, even out and about their are alternatives! This is a new era:)

DOPAMINE: Positive Pyschology

I love the part of sharing joy
Where hearts pick up and the smiles stretch wide
When dancing I see people's watchful eye,
What a fulfillment to inspire their life!
Who ever comes to share their words of awe,
Creates a path for us two in positive law.

Prior to this social engagement. . .

After we define the feels,
During our definition for what is real
Before the mind attains a process to deal
We are a human being dealing with this wheel.
Wheel of present emotion.
A spinning cycle of logical motion.
Reversing the past notion,
Focus is forward flowing like the ocean.

Here it is, a freak of nature,
A happy person different... a Stranger
I spin and twirl, twisting my hips
Bogging out the personal judgments.
I started with a stream of tears,
Then spoke out loud, spoke out my fears.
"Why do I hold back so much?!
Getting into my head, now this is enough!
Open your arms, lift your fist in the air.
The world wants your success and your untamable flare.
When you close off and shut down,
A sense of power gone with your breath now,
Shutting off oxygen, you soon start to drown.
But A makeshift of thought that deeply provokes
You begin to hear inner voices, which ones will you choose?
The process is simple yet repetitive, rise or be fooled.
Click back into action and settle the mind.
Connect with these people, understanding and kind.
We each have a story and through time it will heal,
Delving into our passions making living so beautifully surreal!"

W

Who do you think you are,
That stubbly chin in the air.
high and mighty, tall and built.
You agree to think you are bigger than I
You claim your fists are rougher then mine.
But who do you think you are?
Why do you hold such hatred?

For you have the ability to crush me, break these bones.
You can not mold me,
or tear out my heart.
You are empty.

That voice in which booms across a flat land,
I do not fear.
Hidden tricks, Sly and shifty eyes do not terror me.
For you sir, are empty.

What I see, a man broken and shattered.
There has been no one you could bear to.
You are EMPTY!
Your eyes, with such fiery, bear pain and curse.
How do you think with a shut mind?
You hold such envy to those who speak out,
in yet you pry and threaten their tongue.

You angry sinister.
I do not pity you.
I do not pity your pain.
Your money holds no value, for your hands show no mercy.
Your labor does no good, but your labor ruins.
Who do you think you are?

Sir, I pray thee, fix your ways.
Start a new day.
Decide on words of love, I beg thee!
Let go of your learned anger, release only goodness unto others.
This is the time to fix your ailing ways.
Who do you want to be?
Who, now, do you think you are?

When you have changed what you hate...
come fourth and grab my hand.
Tell me your words of kindness.
Then will you KNOW who you are.
Then, you will know love, for you and others.

Letter to my Creative Heart

Hello again, my dearest friend How are you? please tell me how you've been,
Oh me, you say How am I today? I seem quite frazzeled this is not to my dismay,
For in my brain has creeped this thought a thousand times per minute . . .
but not till recent have the feelings received just a strong transmittance.
You see, I carry an ache inside my chest,
a pain which settles dead center and within an inch to the left.
My head is boggled and my heart creates ache when the mind starts to wonder my world seems to break.
There's a spiral that begins, as more share their words,
unsure what to believe, as this is a wild city full of wild boys and girls.
They all "speak their truth", but as my ears ring of all the woes and mistakes,
everyone is going for the light, yet we forgot to look with in to create.
Becoming trapped in a maze full of fun and mischief,
Those whom fall deep, pull back in hopes of no commintment.
For when one does discover the hearts truth in passion,
The lover will soon caution this new love entrapment.
Setting the self for desire rather accepting what could really be
