"I don't drink coffee; I take tea my dear."
-Sting, An Englishman in New York
a cube, a scoop, a drizzel, a snippet, a pinch, a drop
careful for the tea gets hot
simply point your pinky out like so,
one sip may burn so on the tea you'll blow
and maybe since steam still rises
take your time with our tea party surprises...
a muffin made with the bluest berries
perhaps a sweet cake with tiny cherries
Try this, i made my dear
a french treat sure to bring a cheer.
no matter what you pick you see
go ahead and dip straight in your tea!
English, Irish, Scottish breakfast
Green, black or maybe tea that's a little festive...
Don't bother with illness, saddness or worry,
a spot of tea should help you feel more than worthy,
to spend in the sun wondering about flowers
lay down in the grass, meddling with bugs for hours
this party sure should bring the charm
so grab a cup with your colors and set your alarm
we're going to have a tea party!
